For BMKG, you also can access http://aviation.bmkg.go.id/latest/station.kml to get the latest weather obs and forecast in KML format by all meteorological stations in Indonesia. The obs and forecast weather is encoded (I forget the name of the encode format) to the alphanumeric format so you must decode it first before use it.
